I fall in love
We as humans are fascinated by love and dating. We deal with it in prime time on TV, in books and magazines and on apps, when we try to find that special one. In that search, we go through many types of romantic relationships with people whom, when the relationship ends, often disappear into the periphery of our lives, although this can be the people we have been the closest to. This can take a toll on us as individuals, as we both measure the value of our worth through how successful our love lives are, and use it to define much our identity as human beings. In this project I meet some of the people, I used to be in a romantic relationship with, to try to understand how we look at each other when the relationship is over, what we’ve learned from our time together, what love is, and how we grasp the difficulties that comes with it.
